2. Refunds

  • Refunds are considered only if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards.

    • Vehicle details (make, model, year)

    • Date of service

    • Description of the issue

  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly.

3. Re-Service Option

  • In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a re-service at no extra cost to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Re-service requests must be made within 48 hours of the original service.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Damage occurs due to pre-existing conditions of the vehicle

  • Customer changes their mind after service completion

  • Additional services requested were performed correctly
