  • Remove any personal items from the vehicle prior to service.

  • Notify Liberty Detailing of any special instructions, damages, or pre-existing conditions.

4. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours at libertydetailing.co@gmail.com.

5. Refunds and Re-Service

  • Refunds or re-service options are available in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • All refund or re-service requests must include full details of the vehicle, service date, and description of the issue.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Liberty Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left inside the vehicle.

  • Service results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and environmental factors.

  • Customers accept that Liberty Detailing cannot guarantee specific results beyond reasonable professional standards.
